Booking Regulation

Booking procedures: upon final confirmation of the booking a confirmatory deposit can be requested from 30% to 100% of the total booking

If you cancel your booking within 60 days from the date of arrival, you can use it as a deposit for another stay of equal or greater total amount to be consumed within the current season, subject to our availability.

In case of cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited. A written cancellation must always be sent by fax or e-mail. In case written cancellation is not received in the prescribed manner, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

For early departures, stay balance as per booking.

City tax

As part of the provisions on municipal federalism (Legislative Decree 23 of 14/03/2011), the Municipality of Rimini has introduced the Tourist Tax from 01 October 2012 and approved the relative Municipal Regulation.
WHO MUST PAY
• The tourist tax is payable by those who stay in accommodation facilities of the Municipality of Rimini, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
• The tax is due even when the cost of the guest's stay is paid by the Municipality of Rimini.
WHO MUST NOT PAY
• individuals residing in the Municipality of Rimini;
• subjects present in accommodation facilities but who do not stay overnight ("day-use");
• minors up to the age of 14;
• minor children, from the second onwards, if they stay with their parents, limited to the months of June, July and August. For the purposes of counting the number of minor children, children who have not yet reached the age of fourteen and who already enjoy the exemption are also included.
• subjects who care for patients admitted to health facilities in the municipal area, on the basis of one companion per patient;
• personnel belonging to state, provincial or local forces or armed bodies, as well as the National Fire Brigade and Civil Protection Corps who stay for service requirements;
• every coach driver who stays for service needs;
• a tour guide who provides assistance to groups organized by travel and tourism agencies, every 24 participants;
• employees of the accommodation facility in which they work;
• seniors, aged 65 and under, belonging to groups organized by local public bodies, staying in hotels classified in 1 - 2 - 3 stars, with the exception of the months of July and August;
• subjects with 100% disability;
• any accompanying persons of persons with 100% disability who are also paid the accompanying allowance by INPS and INAIL, on the basis of one companion per person;
• foreign citizens requesting international protection, arrived following unscheduled flows and falling under extraordinary national reception plans, starting from 09/25/2014.
WHO REFUSES TO PAY
Individuals who, who are required to pay the Tourist Tax, refuse to pay it to the manager of the accommodation facility, are subject to the recovery of the increased tax of the 30% penalty pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree No. 471/97 and default interest .
